We do have a bracket kit that is a fit for your 2003 Dodge Ram 2500, part # K284312. According to K2, the # K284219 you'd looked at isn't a fit for your truck.
This bracket kit is a fit for Fits Rampage II (K2RAMP8219), Storm II (K2STOR8422), and Summit II (K2SUMM8826) plows.
