The CIPA towing mirror, # 11601, will fit a 2003 Ford F-150 with contour style mirrors that do not have external turn signals (turn signals behind the glass are fine). I have included a picture (also lower on the product page) that shows what the factory mirrors need to look like for this mirror to fit.
The matching passenger side mirror is # 11602.
