Ball Mount Kit for Tailgate Clearance on Ram 3500

Question:
2019 Ram 3500 Tradesman 2 wd w/ 96 inch bed towing a Lance 1475 travel trailer. Question: Would part # EBMK2EL provide enough clearance to lower the tailgate without disconnecting the trailer? Thanks.

Yes it will. The etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit - Super Extra-Long - 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop - 6,000 lbs # EBMK2EL extends 16" from the hitch pin hole, which is more than enough for you to lower your Ram 3500's tail gate with a trailer connected.
