Question:
I plan on using the cross member, only because the Falcon RM522 has the cross member already so lets use it so i will be buying RM-52571-4 base plate unless you talk me out of it Now to the wiring harness i see on the Roadmaster site that there are 3 fuses required to be bypassed so will need 76511 and 76512? I am Ok with the 76512 makes sense to me My question is the 76511 I guess that gets mounted under the hood some place? In the ETrailer videos they talk about the 76512 for my Honda but no mention of 76511? Is it really required? Do you have a video or explanation for my car? So the procedure for flat tow is the ignition key on, neutral and both switches in bypass?? Any help is appreciated Thanks in advance

The Roadmaster Falcon 2 all-terrain tow bar, part # RM-522 can use either base plate kit, the # RM-521571-5 direct connect or the # RM-521571-4 crossbar style base plate kits. You'd just remove the crossbar from the tow bar. Most folks find the direct connect simpler and quicker to use, but as you said, since you have the crossbar there's certainly no reason why you can't use it. It's pretty much a matter of personal preference.
Roadmaster does indeed recommend the # RM76512 to bypass the fuses in location 36 and 37 of the instrument panel fuse block and the # RM76511 to bypass the fuse in location 21 in the fuse block in the engine compartment. The switch can be installed wherever you wish. The harness is 13 inches long, so if you wanted to mount it in the passenger compartment, you'd need to lengthen the wires. The switches aren't 'required', but without them you'd need to remove those three fuses each time you tow the vehicle and remember to put them back in afterwards. Unfortunately, we don't have a video showing these being installed in your particular vehicle at this time.
Per the owner's manual, to flat tow put the vehicle's manual transmission in neutral. Release parking brake. Turn ignition to accessory position, making sure the steering wheel doesn't lock. Pull or disable the fuses mentioned above.
