The biggest difference between the Curt front hitch part # 31198 and Draw-tite front hitch part # 65080 is that the Draw-tite receiver tube extends out more than the Curt by over an inch. This makes it more visible when nothing is mounted to it. However, it can also help with clearance. When putting an accessory in the hitch there is less of a chance of it coming in contact with the front of your Tundra.
Other than that, they aren't much different from each other. They have the same capacities and install exactly the same.
I recommend the Draw-tite because of the added clearance, It also has a less glossy finish that blends into the bottom of the Tundra better than the high gloss Curt finish.
