The Westin Sportsman Grille Guard part # 40-0185 is a fit for a 2001 - 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe and the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard part # 40-0335 is a fit for a 2000 - 2006 GMC Yukon. Therefore, if you have a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe the correct Westin Sportsman Grille Guard is part # 40-0185.
In regards to physical difference, the mounting brackets for each grille guard are a bit different hence the different vehicle applications.
