Is thIs hitch compatible with lippert roto flex king pin box on Grand Design , on the notes it states that is not compatible with Reese sidewinder rotating pin box and some other Reese pin box’s

Yes, the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C47FR is perfectly compatible with Lippert Roto Flex pin boxes like what is on the Grand Design you mentioned. Rotating pin boxes are totally different than the cushioned Roto Flex style pin box.
