I need to find a replacement cover for a Elixir model # S545A3 I seen another customer had the same question and you suggested replacement part CAM40148 but the cover does not look the same in the back as mine.

You're right. The # CAM40148 has a continuous hinge, where the hinge on your vent cover is a 3 point hinge- so it won't work as an option to replace your hinge. You'll want to use a 3 point hinge like the Replacement Cover # CAM40153 to replace the cover that is on your Elixir # S545A3 fan assembly. This is a white domed vent cover that fits over the 14" x 14" opening over your vent fan.
