The molded end caps on the R5, are they a sealed caps??

The Westin R5 Nerf Bars part # 28-51220 which are a fit for a 2019 Ram 1500 do indeed come with molded end caps which fit inside the cross tube. The end caps will then work to keep out dirt and water although I am not sure if sealed is the correct terminology because they are removable. That said, the nerf bars have a lifetime warranty and I have personally never heard of any particular issues them.
The Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars part # 21-24080 have sealed non-removable end cap if that is what you are looking for.
