The Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers part # LC429756 has an offset adapter that will position the bikes further away from the tongue of the trailer and closer to the body to ensure there are not any turning clearance issues. This will then be sufficient for the majority of tow vehicle, trailer, and bike combos without limiting turning clearance but it is not possible for us to test all of these ourselves. I did however look at the reviews we have for the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers and there was no mention of reduced turning clearance nor have I heard of this issue before either.
If worse comes to worse, you can get a slightly longer ball mount but I really don't think you will have any issues.
