I have a tow vehicle with a 1 7/8 inch ball but I need to replace the trailer coupling head. I cant find anyone who stocks it. The coupling head bolts onto a 2 inch square drawbar Help

It sounds like you are looking for something like our Curt Pintle Hook with 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # C48810. As you can see in the attached photo, it comes with a 1-7/8 ball and it allows you to bolt it onto a pintle mount or drawbar, like # C48343, similar to the one you mentioned having. I have also attached a review video for this at the bottom of the page.
All of our pintle hook combos come with a pre-torqued ball so you can just keep your other one as a spare.
If you were looking for something different, just let me know and I will make a different recommendation.
