Im looking for cheap roof racks for my Thule Cargo Carrier. Are there cheap racks on the market that can hold it? Ive gotten mixed signals about whether the Cargo Carrier is universal or if I need Thule racks.

Yes, one of the most cost effective roof racks we have for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma is the Inno part # INXB115-2, # INXS200, and # INK729. This will work perfect with a Thule Rooftop Cargo Box. In regards to the compatibility of a Thule Rooftop Cargo Box, this can vary slightly by model but most will work with pretty much all roof racks. That said, you do not need to obtain a Thule Roof Rack to use a Thule Rooftop Cargo Box as compatibility based off bar size not so much brand.
