Expert Reply:
Installation of the Draw-Tite # 75234 Class III hitch on your 2019 Ford Edge will block a portion of where the sensors can 'see', but the liftgate will still function. Usually on the Ford vehicles, the areas about 3-6 inches to the right and left of the receiver tube over to the corners of the vehicle will still work just fine.
I do know that some vehicle manufacturers like Honda offer relocation brackets for the liftgate sensors, but I have not been able to find anything for the 2019 Edge. I unfortunately do not have any information regarding the number and actual location of the sensors.
For a trailer wiring harness, use # C73FR for Titanium models or # C89FR for non-Titanium models. A ball mount kit, # 989900 is also available. The kit includes 2 ball mounts, a 1-7/8 and a 2 inch trailer ball and 2 hitch pins and retaining clips. If you use the provided links, you can see current pricing on the parts I've recommended.
I've linked you to install videos for the products mentioned above.
