I did some checking and your 2019 Honda CR-V that has a CVT transmission can only be towed with a tow dolly if the vehicle is front wheel drive. Please confirm with owners manual or Honda dealer. If your vehicle is all wheel drive the only way to tow it would be with a trailer.
For a tow dolly we have the Demco Kar Kaddy part # DM9713045 which comes with disc brakes, a self contained braking system, and a steering axle. It also can fold up when not in use for easier storage. I attached a review for even more info. Tow dollies end up costing about as much as a decent flat towing setup but they have advantages in that they don't require as much install time and they easily transfer to future vehicles as well. Plus less wear and tear on front tires and less mileage accumulation.
