Question:
I’m trying to find a replacement for this old Fulton jack that I can attach to the plate in my picture. Would this model work or would you recommend another model?

It looks like you have a Bolt-Thru style Fulton Swivel Marine Jack therefore the correct replacement for you would be part # FXP10 which has a 1,200 lb weight capacity. This jack would then use the same mounting bracket you have now but it does come with an extra bolt-on bracket if needed.
