Will this fit a 2018 Ford F-250 with a Backflip G2 cover. I’m concerned that the cover may be too wide.

Yes, the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4000958 is the one and only tonneau cover that will work on your 2018 Ford F-250 with the BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK26331. The rails for the Adarac Pro Series are very slim and only need a very small amount of space to mount atop the bed rails which the BAKFlip G2 allows so you won't have any fit issues I can assure you.
The reason the Adarac Pro Series works so well is because the uprights are straight which will not impede the panels on the BAKFlip G2 from folding.
