Question:
I own a manufactured home. I need replacement handles for my bathroom sink. The only numbers on my faucet is NSF PW S.E. RV. What replacement handles do I need?

The replacement faucet handles we have like the Phoenix Faucets # PF287015 use pretty universal hardware so it should just be a matter of comparing their overall dimensions to what you currently have. These particular knobs have a 2 inch diameter and are 1-3/4 inches tall. Each uses a single screw to mount to the faucet assembly.
If you can tell me what size the knobs on your faucet are I will be happy to make a different recommendation if these won't work. Unfortunately I'm not able to cross-reference the numbers you found as they mainly just indicate safe water and RV listings and aren't tied to a specific manufacturer/brand.
