There's a very significant difference between the frame designs of a 2012 Ram 1500 and a 2019 Ram 2500 so the two would require different fifth wheel rail kits. The 2019 would need a kit like the Demco part # DM8552025-71 whereas the Demco equivalent for the 2012 1500 is the # DM8552030-71.
