For an insight cts2 could I hook a front camera up to the insight and how would I go about doing that

The Edge Insight CTS2 Gauge Display # EP84130 has a video input on the back which is intended for use with a backup camera; the compatible backup camera for this display is the # EP98201 , which is sold separately.

If your existing front camera has the same RCA inputs as shown in the attached photo, and also has its own power source, you will be able to use that camera. You could also use the # EP98201 mounted on the front of your vehicle to serve the same purpose.
