Looking at a 2019 ram fifth wheel prep. Have a husky slider hitch that is 22 front to back and measure 20 1/2 to center of pin side to side. What will I need to make this work?

I believe that you are referring to a 2019 Ram 2500 with the puck system and a short bed. If your Husky slider mounts to industry standard rails (see attached photo with dimensions) then you can use the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # RP30154 to make it fit (this fits the long bed Ram 2500 as well).
If by chance you have the older model Husky slider that used a special kind of rail then your only option is to replace the hitch as well since those rails are no longer available. In this case I recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3670 which has the connections for the pucks directly on the base so you aren't having to remove multiple pieces out of your truck bed (although you can easily remove the head to help make the base a little lighter).
You could also use the Lifting Device # BWRVXA3130 and a lift like part # 310-VMH001 to help you load up your 5th wheel hitch.
