I plan on mounting on a Honda Pioneer 1000-5. Do you have information about if it will fit? Does it come with all the electrical for instillation?

In order to mount the Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch part # SW1135230 on your Honda Pioneer 1000-5 you will also need to use the Bulldog Winch Custom-Fit Steel Winch Mount part # BDW15190 or a similar winch mounting plate. The Superwinch Terra Series ATV Winch is not vehicle specific and will mount on any ATV so long as you have the correct winch mounting plate installed.
In regards to the electrical components, it does indeed come with all that you need as well as the choice of using a handheld remote or rocker switch.
