What I need to install a 16000 lb curt slider on a 2015 ram ecdeisel. I have the hitch, no rail or fasteners

I'd be happy to help with that. The Reese # RP50142-58 custom fifth wheel install kit would be my recommendation. The bracket kit is compatible with the EcoDiesel engine as well as trucks equipped with the factory air suspension. The kit does NOT require any drilling into the truck frame, but you will need to drill up through the truck bed to attach the bed rails to the frame brackets. Most hitches use industry standard bed rails, the ones included with this kit are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky hitches, among others.
To install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, I'd recommend using part # 50-97-410. This harness would plug inline with the truck's tow package harness where in plugs into the rear of the trailer connector on the rear bumper.
