The Glantastic LED RV Dome Light # 328-K-58L349 that you referenced is compatible with a dimmer switch but we do not currently have these available. The assembly is going to work with any standard dimmer switch that you might find at a local hardware store so I recommend simply searching for one that matches your interior nicely.
