Question:

My new 8/2019 Leer cab-hi cap has rails installed for the now-discontinued Thule Tracker 2 rack system. Would someone please advise me on what rack systems are compatible with these rails? Whatever rack system I end up with will be used to haul a pair of wood kayaks with a total weight of 150 lbs. The cap is installed on a 2004 Tundra with a six-foot bed. Many thanks in advance.

I recommend the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks part # Y02-480B-NT as this fits easily to the Thule roof rack channels you have on your Leer camper shell, gives you a set of aero shaped bars which minimize wind noise, will work great with roof rack kayak carriers, and is priced better than other similar quality roof rack setups that would fit. The attached picture is this rack installed on a similar camper shell.

Then for a folding kayak carrier you can use for both of your kayaks you'd want the etrailer.com kayak part # E98878 which have more than enough capacity at 150 lbs per kayak, install easily, and can fold down when not in use as well!
