I have a 2016 Ram 2500 4 door truck I pull a 5th wheel trailer and I want to also haul a canoe what all do I need

To carry a canoe with your 2016 Ram 2500 while also towing a 5th wheel trailer you need a front mount hitch, a roof rack, and a carrier or padding to protect your canoe.
If you have the front tow hooks I recommend the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch # 65063 because it doesn't require any drilling or fascia trimming for the installation. If you don't have the front tow hooks then I recommend the EcoHitch # 306-X7900 instead which essentially is the same thing but it comes with the tow hooks. The front hitch allows you to use the Rhino-Rack T-Load # RTL002 which you need since your canoe will be longer.
Then for a roof rack I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex which uses the 59" Vortex Bars # RRVA150B-2, 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA, and DK Fit Kit # DK043. The crossbars come with plastic locks that can be upgraded to metal cores with part # RRVA-LEC4. You can get the roof rack in a half pack with parts # RRVA150B, RRRLKVAH, and # DK043H if you'd like to just use 1 crossbar with the T-Load.
I recommend using a canoe carrier like the Lockrack # LR54FR because it mounts in the T-Slots of the Rhino-Rack crossbars plus it eliminates the need to use tie-downs. If you'd rather use a pad like the 33-1/2" long # RRRWP05 then I have linked our selection for you to filter through and choose according to the size of your canoe.
