The exact model Valterra Heating and A/C Vent Register # A10-3349VP that you referenced with the small knob at the center is not available in white but we do have the extremely similar Heating and A/C Vent # A10-3350VP in this color. This is designed to fit the same 4 inch diameter vent hole as the Off White unit you were looking at and the installation hardware is included.
