1. Whats the difference between the 1400 and the 1600 models? 2. Will the cover interfere with automated opener fantastic fan units?

I believe you were referencing the Fan-Tastic Trailer Roof Vent Covers, though there isn't a 1600 model I was able to reference. There are 1500 models, though.
The Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # FVU1500WH (White) or # DMC38FR (Black) fit all Fan-Tastic Vent trailer roof vents.
And to answer your second question, these covers will not interfere with the automated opening. They are designed so they will work perfectly with your automated vent opening.
