I do have a great option for you, however the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75090 that you referenced will not fit your 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. This particular hitch is designed to fit certain model years of the Dodge Van and it won't line up to the frame rails on your Ram truck.

For your Ram 1500 I instead recommend the Draw-Tite # 75135 that is confirmed to fit, offers a no-drill installation, and features a 5,000 pound towing weight capacity. It provides a sleek, OEM appearance as well because only the 2 inch receiver will be visible at the rear of the truck.
