While we don't have a specific location we've tested on your 2018 Ford F-150 for mounting the tank and compressor of the Air Lift QuickShot Kit part # AL25690 that you referenced I can give you the recommendations that Air Lift makes for this kit and I can also have you check out an install video we did for a somewhat similar kit from Firestone on a 2015 Ford F-150 where we mounted the compressor on the outside of the truck frame rails.
