Question:
Swagman XC-Extended Platform-Style 2 Recumbent Bike Rack for 1-1/4inch and 2inch Hitches Item # S64650-EXT Im looking to use this bike carrier on my travel Trailer. I noticed it states that it cannot be used on TT and 5th Wheels. Can I mount this unit on the front A Frame of the TT not the rear bumper using the Swagman 80503 Straddler? Thank you

Yes, you can use the Swagman Straddler part # S80503 to mount your Swagman XC-Extended Platform-Style 2 Recumbent Bike Rack part # S64650-EXT on the front of your travel trailer as long as you have the space and you do not exceed the Straddler weight capacity of 100 lbs. The weight of the Swagman XC-Extended Platform Style is 38 lbs itself and it's total weight capacity is 70 lbs so you could only use 62 lbs of that weight while using the straddler. The Straddler features an elevated hitch that provides clearance over propane tanks up to 30 lbs. I have attached diagrams of the measurements.
The Swagman XC-Extended Platform-Style part # S64650-EXT measures 81" from end of wheel hoop to end of wheel hoops with the XTC wheel hoops. You may need to use a longer ball mount to make sure you have enough turning clearance like 15-3/4" long ball mount part # 80232.
If you need more weight capacity for your bikes, I recommend using a bike rack that is rated for a travel trailer like Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR that is rated for 45 lbs per bike.
