I am not sure what the dimensions or spacing is for the factory roof rack on your 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L but I can give you some fit info for the Car Top Cargo Rooftop Cargo Box # CTC-18S so you can determine fitment on your end.
This cargo box is compatible with crossbars that are no wider than 3-3/4" and no taller than 1-3/16", and it fits a crossbar spread (center of front crossbar to center of rear crossbar) of 22". This box can fit up to a max crossbar spread of 31" but it does require you to drill new holes in the box for the mounting hardware.
If your crossbars don't meet these requirements then I recommend using the Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 # Y07192 which Yakima has confirmed will fit your vehicle.
