Titan brakes and actuators were bought out by Dexter Axle, and we do carry disc brake kits with the slip-over rotors, calipers and mounting brackets for 8000-lb axles from Dexter:
Dexter Disc Brake Kit - 12-1/4" Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - E-Coat - 8,000 lbs - # K71-635-2
Dexter Disc Brake Kit - 12-1/4" Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - E-Coat - 8,000 lbs - Nev-R-Lube - # K71-646-2
While these do not include brakes lines we do have many brake line kits to choose from for your installation. In fact if you refer to the linked article on the topic of adding disc brakes to a trailer you'll find links to brake line kits and other parts too.
