Hi, I know this camera is a flush mount, but can it be angled down a few degrees? Thanks

The camera itself for the Rear View Safety Backup Camera # RVS-772 that you referenced cannot be adjusted/tilted in any way. This is a fixed unit so if you needed it to tilt down a bit you would want to drill the needed hole at this angle or modify a bracket that will allow it to sit in the orientation of your choice.
This is a really nice camera that does feature a 120-degree viewing angle and 8 infrared lights to provide night vision.
