Do Any Modifications Need to be Made to Install Trailer Hitch on 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hyrbrid

Question:

I have a 2019 Rav4 XLE Hybrid and I want to install a hitch but I dont want to cut the underside of the bumper for the install. The Eochitch I looked at requires this. Does the C13146 also require that I cut the underside of the bumper? Also am I correct in understanding that the C13416 installation does not require me to disconnect the exhaust hangers?

The Curt trailer hitch that fits your 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, part # C13416, does not require and cutting or drilling to install. You also do not need to disconnect the exhaust hangers although it might make it easier. The only modification that you might have to make is to remove the passenger side tie down bracket if you have it. I've linked the install details for you.
