Does Thule Tram Work with Thule Vertex 5-Bike Rack

I am wondering if the thule goalpost will fit my thule vertex 5 bike rack?...I really hope so.

The Thule Goalpost was a hitch mounted load bar used to hold long items stored on a vehicle's roof. It in no way worked with a hitch mounted bike rack like your Vertex.
I'm thinking you actually meant to ask about the Thule Tram, part # TH9033. The Tram fits over hitch mounted bike racks to carry up to 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards. I've linked a video of the Tram as well and if this is what you're asking about the answer is yes. The Tram works with a number of Thule hitch mounted bike racks including the Vertex and Vertex XT 5-bike racks.
