Are Solera Awnings Pre-Wound

does the roller come pre wound and ready to install ?

The awning roller and fabric kits like the # LCV000223161 are not pre-wound according to my contact at Solera. At the time of installation the awning roller should be wound fourteen rotations to put sufficient tension on the springs.
