Question:
I need to get our new 2019 Kia Sedona ready to pull our trailer. I need a setup with a full 7 wire with brake controller and like the idea of the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller - Wireless unit but I am not sure of what all I need to purchase to get there.

I'd be happy to help you get your 2019 Kia Sedona ready to tow a trailer!
First off you need wiring. Since you are wanting a brake controller you need 2 different wiring kits. I recommend the CurtT-Connector # C56332 for the basic trailer wiring. The second wiring kit you need is the Upgrade Kit # ETBC7L which gives you both a 4-Way and a 7-Way connector plus it includes the 12 gauge wiring needed to power the Curt Echo # C51180 brake controller via your battery.
Secondly you need a trailer hitch. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75894 over the Curt option # C13115 because the Draw-Tite has a bracket already in place that you connect your wiring to.
The last thing you need to tow your trailer is a ball mount. I personally like the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989900 because it comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4" rise/2" drop and one with a 2-3/4" rise/4" drop as well as a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. You will want to reference the attached ball mount article though to make sure that these ball mounts are correct for your towing application.
I have attached some sample installation videos that you can reference as well.
