Question:
I would like to know how much higher this ladder rack sits then the roof of the truck cab. I have a roof rack installed on my 2012 F-150 and would like to see if this ladder rack would line up with the height of the roof rack crossbars.

The uprights of the Buyers Products Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501680 that you referenced are 28 inches tall. You' have to measure from your bed rails up 28 inches and then compare that height to the roof height of the truck to know the height above it as well.
