If your Grand Cherokee tow package included a 7-Way trailer connector at the rear bumper, all you will need is a brake controller to complete the setup. Brake controllers are universal, so any brake controller will work, including the Tekonsha Prodigy, part # 90885.

The brake controller will have four wires: Red, Black, Blue and White. As usual, White is ground and should be connected to any suitable ground point. Red is the stop light wire. This tells the brake controller when you are applying the foot brake. This wire should be run to the stop light switch on the brake pedal. Using a circuit tester, part # PTW2993, find which side of the switch goes hot when the pedal is pressed. The black wire is used for power, and it should be connected to the battery with 30AMP breaker wired inline, part # PK54530. Finally, the blue wire is run back to the brake output pin on the 7-Way.

I have added links to a couple of wiring help pages that should be of use for you.
