Is there an extension accessory that extends over the cab of the truck?

We only have one ladder rack setup that fits your 2010 Toyota Tacoma that also has an over-the-cab extension. For that you'd want the Thule T-Rac part # TH37004XT-EX. There isn't an over the cab extension available for the Rola you mentioned. The Thule rack has a higher capacity by 200 lbs as it has a 1,000 lb capacity and comes with load stops as well.
