The CargoSmart Standard Track Bungee Straps part # 3481712 are only designed to secure small items inside a trailer therefore, they don't have the max break strength or working load limit (WILL) rating that you are after as the manufacturer simply does not test for this. However, I can tell you that anytime you are using a set of e-tracks, the weight capacity of the tie-down will be limited by how the track itself is mounted. If you needed to secure heavier items on the e-tracks you would want to use something like the Snap-Loc E-Track Tie-Down Strap part # SLLS28RER which is rated for 4,400 lbs max break strength and 1,467 lbs WILL but will again be limited by how the e-track is secured.
