Does LaSalle Bristol Tub Drain w/ Pop Stop # 34465CAR227PS Have Seal for Drain

Question:
Does the flange have a bevel to it on the tub side Or is it flat? Is there a rubber gasket for the tub side?

The white rubber gasket of the LaSalle Bristol Tub Drain w/ Pop Stop # 34465CAR227PS goes above the tub opening to seal between it, the top chrome piece and the tub below it. This is what prevents the drain from leaking water. The flange of the drain is angled slightly too.
