Helpful Expert Reply:
The SuperSprings kit part # SSA20 is a confirmed fit for your 2009 Nissan Titan and it works by basically creating an additional leaf spring on top of your current leaf springs which provides more support and reduces sway. In doing so suspension sag is also reduced. The springs are progressively rated which means they get stiffer the more you bend them, but also they are adjustable too to allow you to set how much support you want.
