Question:
I emailed few weeks ago about what AMP fuse/breaker to use from vehicle battery to pop-up trailer connector to charge trailers battery. I was advised 20amp in-line fuse. But in some of your QandA they advise 40amp in-line breaker. Which one do I install and what gage wire do I use?

The wire gauge on the wire that is used to maintain a charge on your pop-up trailer would be 10 gauge, like # 10-1-1. The circuit breaker that is recommended is a 40 amp circuit breaker, part # PK54540.
This will allow you to maintain a charge on your trailer battery, it will not charge the battery from a discharged state.
To be able to fully charge the trailer battery from a discharged state you would have to use the NOCO Genius Mini # 329-GENIUS5. This charger can be used to fully charge the battery and then you can maintain that charge with the vehicles charging system.
I am including a link to a video review on the NOCO battery charger.
