Question:
Outside edge to outside edge of my slide measures 13 ft. 2 inches wide. Should I get the 14 foot wide awning ?

In inches your box width is 158 inches wide on your camper. That means that the correct Solera Slide Topper is the part # LCV000168110 which is for box widths of 158" to 163-3/4".
