I need to know if part #TH01221080 Thule chains meet Class S requirements.

A Class S tire chain requires 15 mm or less clearance around the tire. The Thule chains that you have referenced, # TH01221080, require only 12 mm of clearance and are a Class S chain. I have included a link to a video review of these chains and links to FAQ articles on tire chains for you.
