How Does Extang Classic Tarp Remove and Replace

do you have to dismantle the frame to install the front edge? could you send pictures thanks

When replacing the tarp of an Extang Classic with the part # EX6940 that you referenced you do not need to dismantle the frame. Basically it just snaps in place. I attached install instructions for an Extang Classic that shows how it all comes together which you can reverse for removal.
