2019 Dodge Grand Caravan will hopkins bracket HM48595 fit the 4way flat plug on curt C56331 ? . Also do you recommend using loctite blue on the bolts when installing a trailer hitch?

The Hopkins Fold-Over Mounting Bracket for 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM48595 will fit the standard 4-way flat connectors on the Curt # C56331.
If you haven't already purchased your trailer hitch receiver, I recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98854 and I recommend using Loctite Threadlocker 262 - High Strength # LT37420 versus the blue threadlocker like # LT37643 but either will work well.
