I want to verify that there is a strap under the mirrors on this cover for my 2018 Chev 4500 cutaway chassis Class C

Yes, there is a velcro strap that holds the Adco Deluxe RV Windshield Cover for Class C Motorhome # 290-2509 to the mirrors of the RV like your 2019 Forest River Forester 2252LE. I attached a picture that show how the strap works.
