Adjusting the Mirror Face on Manual Replacement Towing Mirrors for 2018 Ram 2500

Question:
Does the manual refer to the mirrors folding from regular position to tow position? Or does it mean the electronic control on the driver door will not adjust the mirrors position?

The "Manual" of the K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors - Manual # KS60193-94C that fit a 2018 Ram 2500 refers to the actual mirror - the mirror face - needing to be manually adjusted by hand as opposed to the electronic control on the driver's door; however, they must also be folded by hand.
